Leading JMG’s professional development is a rewarding endeavor that allows Kate to make the most of her background in talent management, human resources and social work.
As a member of JMG’s senior leadership team, she sets developmental objectives and provides opportunities to help the firm’s employees achieve their professional and personal goals. Kate also prepares for the talent that’s yet to come, focusing on recruitment initiatives that will help set JMG up for long-term success.
Kate received the top leadership award in her previous organization for developing others and living and supporting the company’s culture and core values. She credits hard work and determination for her accomplishments, saying all of her experiences brought her to where she is today.
When not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, including watching her two daughters play soccer, as well as working out and traveling.
